Paper Submission | NC2AI 2027

Submission Information

The National Conference on Artificial Intelligence Applications and Innovations (NC2AI 2027) invites researchers, academics, engineers, practitioners, and graduate students to submit original and unpublished research papers in Artificial Intelligence, and related disciplines.

NC2AI 2027 particularly encourages contributions applying Artificial Intelligence and computing technologies to major national challenges, including:

Food Security

Smart agriculture, food systems, crop monitoring, prediction, optimization, and intelligent farming.

Citizen Health

Healthcare AI, disease prediction, medical imaging, digital health, and clinical decision support.

Energy Security

Smart energy systems, forecasting, optimization, renewable energy, and predictive maintenance.

Cybersecurity

Intrusion detection, log event detection, threat intelligence, privacy, and critical infrastructure security.

Submission System

Paper submissions will be managed through the conference submission system.

The submission link will be activated once the submission system is opened.

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

Submission Instructions

Authors should ensure that their manuscripts meet the following conditions:

The paper must present original and unpublished research.
The manuscript must be written in English.
The paper should contain approximately 6–10 pages.
The manuscript must follow the NC2AI 2027 LaTeX template.
The submitted manuscript must be in PDF format.
All figures and tables must be properly embedded in the manuscript.
Figures and tables must be numbered and referenced in the text.
References should follow the required IEEE citation style.
The manuscript must not be simultaneously submitted to another conference or journal.

Peer Review Process

Each submitted paper will undergo peer review coordinated by the NC2AI 2027 Scientific Committee. Reviewers will assess submissions according to criteria including:

Originality
Scientific contribution
Technical quality
Methodological rigor
Experimental or theoretical validation
Clarity of presentation
Relevance to the conference scope

Submission Checklist

☐ The paper complies with the page-length requirements.
☐ The paper presents original and unpublished research.
☐ Figures and tables are numbered and cited.

Accepted Papers

Authors of accepted papers will be required to submit a camera-ready version according to the instructions provided by the conference.

At least one author of each accepted paper should complete the registration requirements and present the paper during the conference, according to the conference participation policy.
